Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This is open to residents of the specified region who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Iconology and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the giveaway.
2. Qualification
To qualify for this giveaway, you are required to complete a 5-star Google review on Iconology on a recent purchase or service used over the past 12 months. By submitting a review, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. Limitation
Only one entry is permitted per person or business is allowed. The giveaway is limited to the first 50 entrants, with one gift card per entrant. Multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
4. Duration
The giveaway begins on 1st January 2024 and ends on 31st March 2024. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
5. Prizes
The prize is as follows: £5 Amazon Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
6. Notification
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of their review going live on Google. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
7. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. Acceptance
Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
