Iconology Ltd is a UK-based company and is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly. We respect and support internationally recognised human rights and are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains are free from human rights abuses.

This policy reflects our commitment to the principles set out in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions, and compliance with all applicable UK legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, and suppliers engaged by Iconology Ltd.

Supply Chain and Business Partners

Iconology Ltd expects its suppliers and business partners to uphold the same high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with human rights and labour laws. We do not knowingly engage with organisations involved in human rights abuses or unlawful employment practices.

Where appropriate, we take a risk-based approach to supplier selection and review.

Governance and Reporting

Responsibility for this policy lies with the Directors of Iconology Ltd. Any concerns relating to human rights, labour practices, or ethical conduct can be raised confidentially with company management and will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with UK law and good practice.
